Interesting facts about our company history

The foundation stone for the company was laid in 1963 by Erich Kreft and Peter Röhrig in rented premises located in Kirchstraße 5 b, Troisdorf, Friedrich-Wilhelms-Hütte.

Since 1970 the company has been producing on its own premises in Ahrstraße 1-3 (Troisdorf).

The initiative and innovative strength of the founders enabled the company to develop in the following years on the basis of long-time expertise and skills in the field of hard chrome and to make a name for itself with complex surfaces to be hard chrome plated on both the national and international markets.

The company's technological lead in the field of hard chrome and mechanical surface treatment has been continuously improved through constant dialogue with customers in terms of their specific requirements.

Mrs. Christine Beeckmann is managing director of the company Kreft & Röhrig GmbH.

The hard chrome plating and mechanical finishing of the most complicated workpiece surfaces will continue to be characterized in the future by innovative strength, quality awareness and a focus on individual, market-driven and economical solutions. Since November 1998, the company Kreft & Röhrig GmbH is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. The introduction and application of the quality management system has been certified by TÜV Rheinland.
